All racers will complete waivers at packet pick up!

• Waivers for racers under age 18 MUST be signed by a parent or legal guardian (NO coaches or family friends. NO exceptions).

GETTING HERE:

The Port Gamble Ride Park is located just south of Port Gamble, Wa. It is roughly 7 miles from the Kingston Ferry Terminal and 28 miles North of the Bremerton Ferry Terminal. MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND WILL AFFECT TRAVEL. Please plan accordingly.

EVENT PARKING:

Free day parking will be available from 7am to dusk on Friday, May 24th - Sunday, May 26th at the Port Gamble RC Field.

• NOTE: Parking is roughly 2 miles and a 15-20 minute ride to the main event venue.

HOT LAPS MTB EVENT VENUE:

The main event will be Located inside the Port Gamble Ride Park at The Top Gun Zone. You will bike/hike into the venue from the event parking. Here you will find the vendor row, bike demos, food trucks, podiums, and more. Event info HERE.

THE VENUE:

  • There is no running water inside the Port Gamble Ride Park. Vendors will have some food and beverages available. Racers and attendees are encouraged to pack in water and supplies.

  • Restrooms will be in two locations inside in the park (three at the top of the Dual Slalom track and one at The Ranger Zone)

CAMPING: Camping is available at the Port Gamble RC Field. Details HERE.

We will have Golden Spoke Mobile Bike Repair at The Top Gun Zone on Saturday May 25th!

Trail Closures:

  • Cool Runnings will be closed to the public until after the Cool Runnings Invitational on Saturday. ONLY INVITATIONAL RIDERS WITH NUMBER PLATES WILL BE ALLOWED ON COOL RUNNINGS DURING PRACTICE HOURS.

  • All trails will be open to the public Friday & Saturday

  • There is no trail closure or designated practice times for the Hot Laps Enduro

  • Saturday, May 25th RANGER ZONE WILL BE CLOSED until 2:45pm (COME WATCH THE COOL RUNNINGS INVITATIONAL!)

  • Sunday, May 26th Ranger, Cool Runnings, Linx, The Hood, Trail 4 will be closed to the public for the Hot Laps Enduro. Trails will open to the public at 2:15pm
